AutoBoard sells digital access, premium documentation, and usage-based credits or tokens.
Because these are digital products, purchases are generally non-refundable once credits have been delivered to the account or digital access has been granted, except where required by law.
2. When a refund may be considered
- Duplicate or accidental charges.
- A payment was completed but credits or access were not delivered.
- A technical failure on our side made the purchased product unavailable.
3. When a refund is normally not available
- Credits or tokens that were already used.
- Digital manual access that was successfully delivered.
- Dissatisfaction based only on personal preference after digital delivery, unless applicable law says otherwise.
4. How to request a refund review
If you believe a refund should be reviewed, contact support with the email used for the purchase, the approximate transaction date, and any relevant payment reference.
We aim to review legitimate billing issues promptly and in good faith.

If a refund is approved, the timing for funds to appear again depends on the payment method and the payment processor involved.
