Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of AutoBoard, including our automotive diagnostics software, premium digital manual, and usage-based credits.

1. Service overview

AutoBoard is a software service for automotive electronics diagnostics. The platform may include AI-assisted analysis, technical guidance, premium digital documentation, and account-based usage credits.

AutoBoard is designed to support technical work. It does not replace professional judgment, workshop procedures, safety rules, or manufacturer documentation.

2. Accounts and access

You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details and for keeping your login credentials secure.

You must not share access in a way that bypasses the intended account model, attempt to interfere with the platform, or use the service for unlawful activity.

3. Usage credits and premium access

AutoBoard may offer usage-based credits or tokens that allow access to certain queries, analyses, or premium features.

Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for money. Credits become available only after successful payment confirmation.

Premium manual access is a digital access right tied to the purchasing account and may not be resold or redistributed.

4. Payments and billing

Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Mercado Pago or Paddle, depending on the checkout method available to you.

You authorize AutoBoard and its payment providers to charge the selected amount for the digital product or credit package shown at checkout.

5. Acceptable use

You may not reverse engineer the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, automate abusive traffic, upload unlawful content, or use the platform in a way that harms the service or other users.

  • Do not use the service to commit fraud or evade legal obligations.
  • Do not redistribute premium content without permission.
  • Do not present AutoBoard output as an official manufacturer diagnosis.

6. No warranty of diagnosis outcome

AutoBoard provides technical guidance on an informational basis. Results depend on the quality of the input, the available context, and the real condition of the vehicle or module.

You remain responsible for all final testing, repair, coding, adaptation, and safety decisions.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe there is abusive behavior, payment abuse, attempted compromise of the service, or a violation of these terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AutoBoard is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
